These terms cover your use of this website. Each client's website subscription is covered by a separate written service agreement, signed before setup.

Prices and plans

Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST. We may change them; any change applies only to new subscriptions or after notice to existing clients. Founding agent prices apply for 12 months from the start of service.

Listing data

Listing and sold data on client websites comes from TRREB/PropTx or CREA under each agent's own data agreements, and is shown according to the rules of those boards. Applying does not guarantee that a board will approve a data agreement.

Applications

Sending an application does not create a contract or any obligation for you or for us. Founding agent spots are offered in the order applications arrive and while spots remain.
